runnyhoneyillustrations: It is really early in the morning here in The Netherlands, and I just woke up because my feet are cold and I actually craving some good old hot chocolate..  RunnyHoney Hot Chocolate 1 large mug of whole full fat milk 5-6 large heaped teaspoons of cocoa powder 1 large heaped teaspoon of runny honey A pinch of ground cinnamon Sugar to taste (brown sugar) Heat the milk in the microwave or in a pan until it is piping hot. Then add the cocoa powder and stir vigorously to dissolve. Add the honey, spices and sugar, stir again and add any toppings you like. I love mine with cold thick whipped cream, melting marshmallows and grated chocolate<3 Love, Sarah
